Retreat Memberr Participation Agreement
This Agreement is between Boundaried Coaching LLC (“Company”) and the person signing below (“Participant”) for participation in the Channeling Love Retreat (France 2026), led by Molly Davis Moon.
Location: Yviers, France at The French Retreat Center (Bordeaux Region)
Dates: Thursday, Oct 29th (arrival between 2-4pm, start at 4pm) through November 2nd (deparature at 1pm).
Total cost: $2500
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following:
Payment and Cancellation
A $1,000 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your place. The remaining balance is due by [date].
If you cancel on or before September 1, 2026, 50% of any amount paid above the initial deposit will be refunded. Due to the nature of the planning and preparation involved in this event, no refunds will be provided after September 1, 2026.
Because unexpected circumstances can arise, you are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, medical care abroad, and emergency evacuation.
What Is Included
Your Retreat fee includes the retreat experience and facilitation, accommodations at retreat center, meals as described in the Retreat information.
Airfare, transportation to and from the retreat center, travel insurance, medical expenses, personal purchases, and activities not identified as part of the Retreat are not included.
The Retreat Experience
The Retreat may include psychodrama and other experiential group processes, intuitive writing and art-making, meditation, movement, sound, energy-center practices, somatic exploration, spiritual reflection, and group conversation.
Participation in each individual practice is voluntary. You are welcome to decline, observe, or step away from any activity that does not feel right for you while allowing others to participate fully.
Because this is an intimate retreat, the precise schedule and practices may be adjusted in response to the needs and energy of the group.
Coaching, Not Therapy
The Retreat offers coaching, education, spiritual exploration, and facilitated personal-development experiences. It is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, or medical care, and participating does not create a therapist-client relationship with Molly or Boundaried Coaching LLC.
Some experiences may bring up strong emotions or personal realizations. You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you, communicating your boundaries, and obtaining any additional medical or mental-health support you may need.
No particular personal, professional, emotional, spiritual, or relationship outcome is promised.
Health and Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your physical and emotional well-being throughout the Retreat. You agree to refrain from any practice that feels unsafe or inappropriate for you and to let Molly know if you need assistance or need to step away.
If a medical or mental-health emergency occurs and you are unable to seek help yourself, you authorize Molly or the retreat center to contact local emergency services and your designated emergency contact. You are responsible for any resulting medical, transportation, or other expenses.
Respect and Confidentiality
This is a small, intimate group. You agree to treat everyone with kindness and respect and to keep other participants’ personal stories and experiences confidential.
Group sessions may not be photographed, audio-recorded, or video-recorded. You may not share another participant’s name, image, personal information, or experience publicly without their permission.
While every participant will be asked to honor this commitment, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.
Conduct that threatens another person’s safety, repeatedly violates boundaries, or significantly disrupts the Retreat may result in removal without refund.
Retreat Changes or Cancellation
Reasonable adjustments may be made to the schedule, activities, accommodations, meals, or other Retreat details when circumstances require.
If Boundaried Coaching LLC cancels the Retreat and does not offer an acceptable rescheduled option, you will receive a refund of the Retreat fees paid to the Company. Boundaried Coaching LLC is not responsible for airfare, independent lodging, transportation, insurance premiums, or other personal travel expenses.
Agreement
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Alaska, except where applicable French, European Union, or other mandatory law provides otherwise. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.
By signing below, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement, had an opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
