Becoming Boundaried Live Retreat Participant Agreement
What's included:
- 5 consecutive days of live time together in an in-person small group retreat format with Molly, including but not limited to deep-diving teaching, training, coaching, experiential exercises, journaling exercises, art-based exercises, group discussions, and community time during meals and breaks.
- Dates and Times of Retreat: Thursday, October 29th through Monday, November 2nd, 2026 (begins at 2 pm on October 29th and ends at 1 pm on November 2nd).
- Location of Retreat: Yviers, France at The French Retreat Center (Bordeaux Region)
- Lodging: private bedroom and shared bathroom
- Meals: three meals a day provided during your retreat stay.
What’s not included:
Participants will be responsible for arranging their own airfare/travel to France, as well as their own transportation to and from the retreat center.
Payment Options
- Pay in full $2500 (understanding that $1000 is a non-refundable deposit).
- Pay initial non-refundable deposit of $1000 and then 1 more installment of $1500
Client Agreement:
By signing where indicated below, you irrevocably agree that if Boundaried Coaching LLC® (the “Company” or “we/us”) approves your application and accepts you as a participant of The Becoming Boundaried: The Retreat (aka, the “Retreat”), this agreement automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company, and applies to your participation in the Retreat. By signing below, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the email address you provided.
By completing the agreement and signing below, you authorize Boundaried Coaching LLC to charge your credit card, as indicated by your payment selection in the form provided, as payment for your participation in the Program. Upon signing, this contract is effective immediately, and your first payment is due upon signing.
Refund Policy: Your $1000 initial deposit is non-refundable. However, the remaining balance is 50% refundable until September 1st, 2026. There are no refunds offered after September 1st, 2026.
Please note: Boundaried Coaching does not provide travel or cancellation insurance. To protect your investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance policy that includes trip cancellation coverage. A standard plan is usually budget-friendly and covers common unexpected situations such as illness, family emergencies, job loss, or travel disruptions. If you’d like maximum flexibility, you may also consider adding ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ (CFAR) coverage. Purchasing and maintaining travel insurance is solely your responsibility. If you choose not to purchase it and need to cancel, our standard refund policy will apply.
We are committed to providing all Participants with a positive Retreat experience. By reading and signing below, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend or terminate your participation in the Retreat without refund if you become disruptive or difficult to work with or if you impair the participation of Retreat leaders, staff, or participants in the Retreat.
Additional Agreements: We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of other Retreat participants. By signing below, you (1) agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any Program participants. You understand that our group sessions may not be recorded. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Retreat participants and of the Company. Violations will result in full dismissal without refund, at minimum. While we work hard to protect the privacy of all Retreat participants, and while each participant signs this form indicating that they will respect other retreat participants' confidentiality as a condition of their participation, your signature here indicates that (2) you also understand the limits of confidentiality in a small group setting, in that it cannot be fully guaranteed as per the nature of group limitations.
By signing below, you agree (3) to not infringe upon any Retreat participants or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other intellectual property rights, (4) that in any Confidential Information shared by Retreat participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company, and (5) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants in the scope of the Program activities.
By signing below, you indicate (6) that you fully understand that the Retreat is not able to provide you with mental health counseling services or individualized counseling. The retreat leaders and coaches, even if also employed elsewhere as mental health professionals, do NOT work for you as mental health professionals but rather as retreat facilitators, trainers, guides, and coaches only. If you have a mental health condition (such as bipolar disorder) that may preclude you from taking part in emotionally intense experiences at times, it is your responsibility to disclose that to staff PRIOR to acceptance into the retreat. By signing below, you (7) acknowledge that you understand this and that you have NO expectation of receiving mental health counseling or treatment from Boundaried Coaching LLC or this Retreat.
Your signature indicates that (8) you have adequate coping skills and the mental health stability for safely navigating any difficult or strong emotions that may arise for you during the course of this Retreat or afterwards, and the awareness that outcomes may differ from participant to participant and situation to situation. You affirm you have access to adequate local resources in your area following the Retreat (such as a counselor) should you find you need additional help managing any difficult feelings or realizations that may come up during the Retreat or after it is over. By signing below, you indicate that you understand some of the subject matter in the Retreat may be triggering or emotionally difficult at times for a variety of reasons. You also understand that every individual's history, healing journey, preferences, and personal context is different, and attending the Retreat cannot guarantee a specific desired outcome in your life, both during the Retreat and following the completion of the Retreat experience (9).
By signing below, you (10) indicate that you understand that in the unlikely event that you experience any significant medical or mental health challenges or emergencies during the Retreat, we are unable to help you navigate such within the scope and boundaries of the Retreat format, and may need to pause or end your participation in the Retreat during that time, without refund, in order to best serve your safety and health needs. This means that in the event of a health crisis of any kind, you will be expected to seek and utilize medical resources available for appropriate care. If you are unable to call for help (such as if you are unconscious or experiencing an emergency), you understand that we will call an ambulance so that you can be transported to the nearest emergency room in order to receive needed care.
By signing below, you understand that you will be responsible for any and all medical bills that may result from any health issues or challenges that may arise during your Retreat time, and you agree that your medical health and care is 100% your responsibility at all times (11). This includes waiving all responsibility from the Company for any health issues (medical or mental health), injuries, location related incidents, or accidents that you might experience or that might occur due to participation in the retreat or any retreat-related events, including transportation and/or activities (whether during, before, or after the Retreat). You agree that you participate in this Retreat at your own risk (and may refrain from participating at any time), therefore agree that any health issues, accidents, injuries, problems or challenges that may arise, including during meals, activities, or any optional activities (such as, if you choose to participate on an optional nature hike or attend an optional yoga class) are 100% your responsibility and not that of the Company (12).
You understand that your coach(es) and many of the Retreat participants are mandated reporters, therefore any threat of significant harm to self or others will be reported either to the appropriate authorities. Retreat participants are expected to remain 100% responsible for their safety needs for the duration of their Retreat experience and into the future. By signing this form, you also indicate that you are currently safe to participate in this Retreat and participation will not put you at risk of harm (such as via intimate partner violence at home) when you return from the Retreat. (13).
By signing below, you further agree that (with the exception of information clearly attributed to other sources), all exclusive materials and exclusive information provided to you by Boundaried Coaching LLC are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belonging solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited (14). You understand that the Retreat and/or its coaches may sometimes recommend or reference other professionals, programs, resources, and/or share openly available teaching material attributed to other sources. The Retreat appropriately credits any known outside sources when so doing, however you understand that (15) any referencing, recommending, and crediting by the Retreat or its coaches does not constitute the outside source's endorsement of the Program. Further, by signing below, you agree that (16), if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Retreat participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations. The laws applicable to this Agreement will be the laws of Alaska, USA, and the parties agree to “attorn” to the exclusive jurisdiction of Alaska Courts to finally adjudicate and determine any such dispute both before and after termination of this Agreement.
We have made every effort to accurately represent the Retreat and its potential. While we are proud of our 5-star reviews and client satisfaction rates, it is still a fact that each individual’s experience and success depends on many factors, including willingness to do the work, get the necessary support, and a desire to succeed. By signing below, you acknowledge (17) that you assume 100% responsibility for your experience and results. By signing below, you also acknowledge that (18) you have represented to the Company that payment of your Retreat costs will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.
