CLIENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

Welcome to The Becoming Boundaried Path! We’re honored to walk this journey with you. The following agreement outlines our shared understanding so we can provide a clear, respectful, and empowering experience together. By signing below, you are confirming your participation and acknowledging that you’ve read and agree to the terms of this agreement. We may occasionally update this agreement, and any changes will be sent to you via the email address you have provided us.

Program Details

Your program investment is:

• $197/month (Gentle Pacing Plan) – 12 monthly payments, with one new training module released each month.
  

Payment Terms

By enrolling, you authorize Boundaried Coaching LLC to charge your card as agreed. Your first payment is processed upon signing. For monthly payment plans, recurring payments will continue automatically each month.

Pause Requests: You may request to pause your enrollment at any time by emailing support@boundaried.com at least 5 days prior to your next billing date.

If you choose to pause, your access to the training vault will be temporarily suspended for 30 days, and you will not be charged during this time. This pause will not affect your overall time in the program—it simply gives you a one-month break from both payments and participation.

You may pause your enrollment once every 6 months, for a maximum of two pauses per calendar year. After 30 days, your access and billing will automatically resume unless you request otherwise in advance.

Please note: If your pause extends beyond 60 consecutive days, or if you do not resume your participation within that time frame, your enrollment will be considered inactive. Re-enrollment after this point will be subject to current program pricing and availability, and your original rate or program format may no longer apply.

Cancellation Requests: If you are on the monthly payment plan, you may cancel your enrollment at any time.  You must email us at support@boundaried.com at least 5 days prior to your next billing date in order for us to be able to stop the next charge.  Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the program for the duration of the monthly period you have paid for. (Paid-in-full participants are able to pause their program as stated above but are not eligible for cancellation due to having paid in full for the year at a discounted rate, receiving immediate access to all the training modules).

We do not offer refunds. We encourage full participation to receive the greatest benefit from this program.

What’s Included

• Access to your private Online Portal with 12 training modules, to be delivered one module per month

• If applicable: bonus live coaching calls and/or temporary Bootcamp access during promotions

We’re committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive experience for everyone.

By signing below, if you choose to participate in the coaching and community through a Bootcamp promotional offer, you agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality around anything shared by other participants

• Refrain from recording any calls or sharing materials externally

• Participate in a spirit of kindness, respect, and personal responsibility

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the program without refund.

Please note that confidentiality in group or online settings cannot be fully guaranteed. While all participants are asked to respect privacy, your participation acknowledges this limitation.

Intellectual Property

All program materials and content are the property of Boundaried Coaching LLC (with the exception of any publicly credited outside resources). These may not be reproduced, shared, or used outside of the program without permission.

Any publicly credited outside resources we share are acknowledged appropriately, but inclusion does not imply endorsement by that source.

Scope of the Program

This is an educational program, not a substitute for therapy or mental health care.

By participating, you understand:

• Our coaches act as coach-educators and peer supports, not therapists, even if they are licensed professionals elsewhere.

• No medical or mental health diagnosis or treatment is provided.

• You are responsible for your own emotional well-being.

Safety and Responsibility

This program is designed to support personal growth through education and coaching—not to provide therapy or crisis support.

By signing below, you confirm:

• You feel safe to participate at this time.

• You take full responsibility for your emotional and physical safety throughout your time in the program.

• You understand that this program is not a replacement for domestic violence counseling, individualized safety planning, or mental health treatment.

• You will not engage in boundary work in relationships with a history of violence or active safety threats without first working with a domestic violence professional or counselor to develop an individualized safety plan.

• You know how to access appropriate safety resources (such as DV counselors, shelters, hotlines, or emergency services) if needed.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are struggling with symptoms such as suicidal thoughts, acute panic attacks, or severe emotional distress or psychosis, we kindly ask that you seek immediate support from a licensed professional in your area. Participation during such times is not appropriate and may result in a pause or removal from the program for your wellbeing and that of the community.  Please also note that many of our coaches are mandated reporters. If a participant expresses intent to harm themselves or someone else, we are legally required to report it to the proper authorities.

Legal & Final Notes

• You agree not to infringe on the rights or experiences of other participants or the company.

• In the event of a legal dispute, Alaska law will govern, and any proceedings will take place in Alaska courts.

• You take full responsibility for your results and acknowledge that your progress depends on your own efforts and choices.

• You affirm that your participation does not create a financial hardship.
