Becoming Boundaried Live Workshop Participant Agreement

What's included:

• A two-day immersive live workshop mini-retreat experience
  

• Dates and Times of Live Workshop: Saturday, April 5th through Sunday, April 6th, 2025 (9am-5pm both days).

• Location of Live Workshop: Phoenix, Arizona, at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown Hotel, 15 E Monroe St, 85004

What’s not included:

Participants will be responsible for arranging their own airfare/travel to Phoenix, as well as their own transportation to and from the workshop venue, Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown Hotel.  Lunch breaks will be provided both days, with participants responsible for their own lodging and meals.  (Area restaurants abound in downtown Phoenix, many of which are within easy walking distance).

Client Agreement:

By signing where indicated below, you irrevocably agree that if Boundaried Coaching LLC® (the “Company” or “we/us”) approves your application and accepts you as a participant of The Live Workshop: The Art & Heart Of Setting Boundaries From Love (In-Person) (aka, the “Live Workshop”), this agreement automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company and applies to your participation in the Live Workshop. By signing below, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the email address you provided.

By completing the agreement and signing below, you authorize Boundaried Coaching LLC to charge your credit card, as indicated by your payment selection in the form provided, as payment for your participation in the Program. Upon signing, this contract is effective immediately, and your payment is due upon signing. This payment is non-refundable. 

We are committed to providing all Participants with a positive Live Workshop experience. By reading and signing below, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement and limit, suspend or terminate your participation in the Live Workshop without refund if you become disruptive or difficult to work with or if you impair the participation of Live Workshop leaders, staff, or participants in the Live Workshop.

Media Release and Image Usage: By participating in the Live Workshop, you acknowledge and agree that the event will be recorded for those who are attending virtually (audio and video) and photographed by Boundaried Coaching LLC (“Company”), which may at times include those in the live audience attending the workshop. You understand that the video recordings of the event will be made available to all participants for 30 days following the event, once the videos are ready, and also may be used in other formats as well, such as inside of our online boundaries program. You grant the Company the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your likeness, voice, and any statements made during the event in photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the workshop. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, and future course materials, without compensation to you.

You waive any rights of ownership, inspection, or approval regarding the use of such media and release the Company from any claims or liabilities related to its usage. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this media release and agree to its terms. If you prefer to opt out of being recorded or photographed, you must provide written notice to the Company within 24 hours following your signature of this form by reaching out to support@boundaried.com. Please note that opting out may impact your ability to participate in the live workshop and especially will preclude your involvement in any interactive audience activities, as per the nature of this workshop also being offered virtually.

Additional Agreements: By signing below, you (1) agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any Program participants. You understand that our sessions and the video replays may not be privately recorded, sold, shared, or used without our permission.  Violations will result in full dismissal without refund, at minimum. By signing below, you agree (2) to not infringe upon the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other intellectual property rights.

By signing below, you indicate (3) that you fully understand that the Live Workshop is not able to provide you with mental health counseling services or individualized counseling. The Live Workshop leaders and coaches, even if also trained or employed elsewhere as mental health professionals, do NOT work for you as mental health professionals but rather as Live Workshop facilitators, trainers, guides, and coaches only.  By signing below, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you have NO expectation of receiving mental health counseling or treatment from Boundaried Coaching LLC or this Live Workshop.

Your signature indicates that (4) you have adequate coping skills and the mental health stability for safely navigating any difficult or strong emotions that may arise for you during the course of this Live Workshop or afterwards, and the awareness that outcomes may differ from participant to participant as well as situation to situation.  By signing below, you indicate that you understand some of the subject matter in the Live Workshop may be triggering or emotionally difficult at times for a variety of reasons. You also affirm you have access to adequate local resources in your area following the Live Workshop (such as accessing counseling supports) should you find you need additional help managing any difficult feelings or realizations that may come up during the Live Workshop or after it is over. Every individual's history, healing journey, preferences, and personal context is different, and attending the Live Workshop cannot guarantee a specific desired outcome in your life, both during the Live Workshop and following the completion of the Live Workshop experience (5).

By signing below, you (6) indicate that you understand that in the unlikely event that you experience any significant medical or mental health challenges or emergencies during the Live Workshop, we are unable to help you navigate such within the scope and boundaries of the Live Workshop format, and may need to pause or end your participation in the Live Workshop during that time, without refund, in order to best serve your safety and health needs. This means that in the event of a health crisis of any kind, you will be expected to seek and utilize medical resources available for appropriate care.  If you are unable to call for help (such as if you are unconscious or experiencing an emergency), you understand that we will call an ambulance so that you can be transported to the nearest emergency room in order to receive needed care. By signing below, you understand that you will be responsible for any and all medical bills that may result from any health issues or challenges that may arise during your Live Workshop time, and you agree that your medical health and care is 100% your responsibility at all times (7). This includes waiving all responsibility from the Company for any health issues (medical or mental health), injuries, location related incidents, or accidents that you might experience or that might occur due to participation in the Live Workshop or any live workshop-related events, including transportation and/or activities (whether during, before, or after the Live Workshop). You agree that you participate in this Live Workshop at your own risk (and may refrain from participating at any time), therefore agree that any health issues, accidents, injuries, problems or challenges that may arise, including during meals, activities, or any optional activities are 100% your responsibility and not that of the Company (8).

Live Workshop participants are 100% responsible for their safety needs for the duration of their Live Workshop experience and into the future (9). By signing this form, you indicate that you are currently safe to participate in this Live Workshop and participation will not put you at risk of harm (such as via intimate partner violence at home) when you return from the Live Workshop), or that you have an individualized safety plan in place to ensure your safety while you attend this workshop and afterwards (10).  Please note that if you are in a violent or unsafe relationship, you understand that ensuring your safety at home, creating a safety plan, and/or providing individualized counseling for domestic violence is beyond the scope of this workshop.  We strongly recommend that you reach out to a domestic violence professional for individualized help in safety planning before trying to set new boundaries in a potentially unsafe setting.

By signing below, you further agree that (with the exception of information clearly attributed to other sources), all exclusive materials and exclusive information provided to you by Boundaried Coaching LLC are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belonging solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials or recorded videos by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited (10).

You also understand that the Live Workshop and/or its coaches may sometimes recommend or reference other professionals, programs, resources, and/or share openly available teaching material attributed to other sources. The Live Workshop appropriately credits any known outside sources when so doing, however you understand that (11) any referencing, recommending, and crediting by the Live Workshop or its coaches does not constitute the outside source's endorsement of the Program. Further, by signing below, you agree that (12), if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Live Workshop participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations. The laws applicable to this Agreement will be the laws of Alaska, USA, and the parties agree to “attorn” to the exclusive jurisdiction of Alaska Courts to finally adjudicate and determine any such dispute both before and after termination of this Agreement. 

We have made every effort to accurately represent the Live Workshop and its potential. While we are proud of our 5-star reviews and client satisfaction rates, it is still a fact that each individual’s experience and success depends on many factors, including willingness to do the work, get the necessary support, and a desire to succeed. By signing below, you acknowledge (13) that you assume 100% responsibility for your experience and results. By signing below, you also acknowledge that (14) you have represented to the Company that payment of your Live Workshop costs will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.
