BECOMING BOUNDARIED: THE BOOTCAMP PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
By signing where indicated below, you irrevocably agree that if Boundaried Coaching LLC® (the “Company” or “we/us”) approves your application and accepts you as a participant of Becoming Boundaried: The Bootcamp™ (the “Program” or the "Bootcamp"), this agreement automatically becomes a binding contract you and the Company, and applies to your participation in the Program. By signing below, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the email address you provided.
Your initial investment for your first month (the "Starter Kit") of the Becoming Boundaried Bootcamp is only $297. This Starter Kit offer includes 30 days of access to the bootcamp classroom portal, including our call calendar with live weekly coaching calls, a live discussion board, and a training vault containing all of the on-demand video trainings found in Module 1 (Boundaries 101) of the Becoming Boundaried Bootcamp.
If you decide not to continue on into the bootcamp after your Starter Kit, you may cancel your next payment by emailing us at support@boundaried.com and requesting to cancel within the first 25 days of your purchase. Upon receipt of your email, your program will be cancelled (though you will continue have ongoing access to your online portal for the full 30 days from your purchase date) and you will not be billed further.
Otherwise, your following payment will be one of the following options depending on your selection in the payment form:
Starter Kit, then Pay-in-Full: After your initial $297 payment for your first month, you will be charged a one-time payment in full of $5000 (US Dollars) on your second month of the bootcamp, opening up all remaining training modules immediately upon payment, as well access to the online portal with our live call calendar and discussion forum for 11 more months. This option does not come with the ability to pause or cancel after the first 25 days.
Starter Kit, then Pay 4 Monthly Payments of $1400. After your initial $297 payment for your first month, you will be charged 4 monthly payments of $1400 (US Dollars). This payment plan allows you immediate access to the bootcamp training modules upon your first payment of $1400 (made on month 2), as well access to the online portal with our live coaching call calendar and discussion forum for 11 more months. This option does not come with the ability to pause or cancel after the first 25 days.
Starter Kit, then the Gentle-Pacing Payment Plan: After your $297 payment for your first month, pay $549 Monthly for 11 more months (US Dollars), with one new full training module released each month following your automatic payment, along with ongoing access to the online portal with our live call calendar and discussion forum. This option comes with the ability to pause or cancel (see cancellation policy below for details).
All-at-Once: Alternatively, you can choose to skip the Starter Kit Offer altogether (and save $1288) by selecting a one-time pay-in-full payment of $5000, receiving instant access to all training modules as well as access to the online portal with our live call calendar and discussion forum for a full 12-months. This option does not come with the ability to pause or cancel.
Gentle Pacing Cancellation Policy: Those who choose to pay monthly may choose to cancel their program without obligation to continue on to the next month, provided cancellation occurs within 5 business days of the next billing cycle. This cancellation request must be emailed to our support team at support@boundaried.com within 5 business days of the next billing cycle in order to ensure we have enough time to stop the next payment from going through. By signing this form, you indicate that you understand and agree that it is your responsibility to make sure your emailed cancellation request is sent on time (1), knowing that if you do not follow this policy, we may not be able to stop your next automatic payment (and you will not be offered a refund if that happens). If you email to cancel your program, please include your full name and the email you used to sign up for the program (if it is different from the email address you are using to write to us) so that we can find the correct account and follow your wishes. By signing this form, you understand that (2) participants on a monthly payment plan who cancel will retain access to all course materials and live coaching supports until the end of their current billing cycle's month, at which time they will be removed from the program and will not be able to progress to the next step or engage in live coaching calls unless they contact us at support@boundaried.com to resume their journey. Participants who choose different payment options understand that they do not have the option of cancellation, as payment has already been received with a significant discount which precludes the option of cancelling later on, as well as also providing them with access to all modules immediately.
By signing this form, you understand that there are no refunds on any payments made (3).
Additional Information:
This Group Coaching Program is 12 months in length. If you choose to make monthly payments, you understand that this is NOT a monthly membership, it is a payment plan for your 12-month program. Just like any other financing agreement, under no circumstances are pauses or changes to the payment schedule permitted without a loss of Program access after the end of the paid period. By completing the agreement and signing below, you authorize Boundaried Coaching LLC to charge your credit card, as indicated, as payment for your participation in the Program. If you select the monthly payment option, you authorize the Company to make automatic monthly withdrawals of the above specified payment amount during the time in which you are in the program. NO REFUNDS will be issued and all monthly payments must be paid on a timely basis. Upon signing, this contract is effective immediately, and your first payment is due upon signing (4).
We are committed to providing all participants with a positive Program experience. By signing below, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend or terminate your participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of remaining monthly payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with or if you impair the participation of Program instructors or participants in the Program (5).
As a Participant of this Program, by signing below, you acknowledge that you are paying for and will have access to the following:
(A) Access to our Live Call Calendar (with regular live coaching calls, workshops, Q&A sessions, and more)!
(B) Access to the Bootcamp Online Portal including 12 modules containing training videos and our 24/7 online community forum
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of other Program participants. By signing below, you (6) agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any Program participants. You understand that our group coaching calls may not be recorded. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Company. While we work hard to protect the privacy of all program participants, and while each participant signs this form indicating that they will respect other program participants' confidentiality as a condition of their participation, understanding that violating said confidentiality will result in full dismissal without refund, your signature here indicates that (7) you also understand the limits of confidentiality in a small group and online setting, in that it cannot be fully guaranteed as per the nature of both group and online platform limitations.
By signing below, you agree (8) to not infringe upon any Program participants or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other intellectual property rights, (9) that in any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company, (10) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during program sessions.
By signing below, you indicate (11) that you fully understand that the Program is not able to provide you with counseling services and is 100% a coaching-based educational program. This means it is primarily educational in scope, which includes guidance, nurture, motivation and encouragement from your coach-educators as well as the introduction and practicing of tools and skills in a group setting. The program coaches, even if also employed elsewhere as mental health professionals, do NOT work for you as mental health professionals but rather as boundary-focused educational-coaches only. Boundary-focused coaching differs from counseling as it does not provide a mental health diagnosis or mental health treatment. By signing below, you (12) acknowledge that you understand this and that you have NO expectation of receiving mental health counseling or treatment from Boundaried Coaching LLC or this Program.
The focus of Boundaried Coaching and its program niche is specifically to help adults develop healthy boundaries. By signing (13), you indicate that you understand some of the subject matter inside the Program may be triggering or emotionally difficult at times. You also understand that every relationship is different and that engaging in healthier boundaries cannot guarantee a specific relational outcome. While some relationships respond very well to healthier boundaries, other relationships may come to an end. Controlling other people's responses to a participant's healthier boundaries is beyond the scope of this Program. Your signature indicates that (14) you have adequate coping skills for safely navigating any difficult or strong emotions that may arise for you during the course of this Program, the awareness that relational outcomes differ from participant to participant and situation to situation, as well as affirm you have access to adequate local resources (such as a counselor) should you find you need additional help managing any difficult feelings that may come up during the course of your Program participation or afterward.
By signing, you (15) also indicate that you understand that in the unlikely event that you experience any significant mental health challenges or crisis during your involvement with the Program (such as suicidality, severe depression, manic episode, panic attack, or etc.), we are unable to help you navigate such within the scope and boundaries of the coaching relationship and Program format. This means that in the event of a crisis or mental health difficulty, you are expected to seek and utilize medical and/or mental health services and resources in your area for appropriate care. Attending live coaching calls while experiencing significant mental health issues is outside of the capacity of this Program and interferes with the quality of your experience as well as that of the other participants, therefore is not allowed. When an individual's symptoms or challenges interfere with their participation in the Program, we will either pause their participation briefly (until they are stabilized and able to continue), or end their participation for the time being if we deem that further participation will be unlikely and/or that some time may be needed before the individual is able to continue. You understand that your coach(es) are mandated reporters (16), therefore any threat of harm to self or others will be reported either to the appropriate authorities (or, if we are unfamiliar with your area, reported to your approved emergency contacts).
By signing this form, you also indicate that you are currently safe to participate in this Program (17) and participation will not put you at risk of harm. You understand that we do not recommend new boundaries be set in any relationship with a history of violence, violent threats, or active violence and/or safety threats without first consulting with a domestic violence counselor and following their individualized safety advice. This may include working with the individual counselor to come up with an individualized safety plan. Program participants are expected to remain 100% responsible for their safety needs for the duration of their Program experience as well as afterwards. Your signature on this form acknowledges that you agree to this and that you know how to access available safety-focused resources (such as domestic violence counselors, domestic violence shelters, 24/7 national hotlines, emergency services or legal authorities) in your area if/when safety is a concern. By signing below, you understand that individualized domestic violence counseling, individualized safety planning, context-specific safety advice, and/or assurance of your safety is beyond the scope or responsibility of this Program or its coaches (18).
By signing below, you further agree that (with the exception of information clearly attributed to other sources), all exclusive materials and exclusive information provided to you by Boundaried Coaching LLC are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belonging solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited (19). You understand that the Program and/or its coaches may sometimes recommend or reference other professionals, programs, resources, and/or share openly available teaching material attributed to other sources that might be helpful. The Program appropriately credits any outside sources when so doing, however you understand that (20) any referencing, recommending, and crediting by the Program or its coaches does not constitute the outside source's endorsement of the Program. Further, by signing below, you agree that (21), if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Program participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations. The laws applicable to this Agreement will be the laws of Alaska, USA, and the parties agree to “attorn” to the exclusive jurisdiction of Alaska Courts to finally adjudicate and determine any such dispute both before and after termination of this Agreement.
We have made every effort to accurately represent the program and its potential. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including willingness to do the work, get the necessary support, and a desire to succeed. By signing below, you acknowledge (22) that you assume 100% responsibility for your results. By signing below, you also acknowledge that (23) you have represented to the Company that payment of your Program membership fees will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.
