BOUNDARIES 101: YOUR PERSONAL BOUNDARIES BLUEPRINT COURSE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
By signing where indicated below, you irrevocably agree that this Agreement automatically becomes a binding contract between you and Boundaried Coaching LLC (the Company), and applies to your participation in the Course, Boundaries 101: Your Personal Boundaries Blueprint (referred to below as the Course). By signing below, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the address you provided.
The investment for 8 weeks of access to the Course, “Boundaries 101," is $97.
By completing the Agreement and signing below, you authorize Boundaried Coaching LLC to charge your credit card, as indicated, as payment for the Course and you understand that this purchase will not be refundable.
We are committed to providing all Boundaries 101: Your Personal Boundaries Blueprint Participants with a positive Course experience. By signing below, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Course without refund of your payment if you do not follow the terms of this agreement. As a Participant of this Course, and by signing below, you acknowledge that you are paying for and will have access to the following:
(A) 8 weeks of online access to the on-demand online Course, Boundaries 101: Your Personal Boundaries Blueprint.
(B) A practical companion workbook (in downloadable PDF form) that Participants can use to take notes, view all their new tools at-a-glance, and reflect further with journaling exercises and activities.
(C) Acess to 1 live group coaching session with Molly (1 hour).
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of other Course participants. By signing below, you (1) agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any Course participants. You understand that our group coaching calls may not be recorded. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Course participants and of the Company. Violations will result in full dismissal without refund, at minimum. While we work hard to protect the privacy of all program participants, and while each participant signs this form indicating that they will respect other program participants' confidentiality as a condition of their participation, your signature here indicates that (2) you also understand the limits of confidentiality in a small group and online setting, in that it cannot be fully guaranteed as per the nature of both group and online platform limitations.
By signing below, you agree (3) to not infringe upon any Course participants or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other intellectual property rights, (4) that in any Confidential Information shared by Course participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company, and (5) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it any manner other than in discussion with other Course participants in the scope of the Course activities.
By signing below, you indicate that you fully understand that the Course is not able to provide you with counseling services and is 100% an educational program with a coaching component. This means it is primarily educational in scope, which may include guidance, nurture, motivation and encouragement from your coach-educators as well as trainings and the introduction of tools and skills. The program coaches, even if also employed elsewhere as mental health professionals, do NOT work for you as mental health professionals but rather as boundary-focused educational-coaches only. Boundary-focused coaching differs from counseling as it does not provide a mental health diagnosis or mental health treatment. By signing below, you acknowledge that you understand this (6), and that you have NO expectation of receiving mental health counseling or treatment from Boundaried Coaching LLC or this Course, as the focus of Boundaried Coaching and its program niche is specifically to educate adults in the development of healthy boundaries. Furthermore, by signing you understand that (7) your attendance at a group coaching call requires an agreement to follow the group call rules, such as treating everyone on the call with respect and following the direction of the group leader as relates to live group call etiquette, and that a refusal to follow our live call rules will result in immediate dismissal from the call in order to protect the experience of the other participants.
By signing below, you indicate that you understand some of the subject matter in the Course (such as is found in the trainings, live calls, and/or written materials) may be triggering or emotionally difficult at times for some people for a variety of reasons (8). You also understand that every personal relationship and context is different, and that engaging in healthier boundaries cannot guarantee a specific desired outcome. For example, while some relationships will respond very well to healthier boundaries, other relationships may come to an end. Controlling other people's responses to a participant's healthier boundaries is beyond the scope of this Course. Your signature indicates that (9) you have adequate coping skills for safely navigating any difficult or strong emotions that may arise for you during the course of this Course, the awareness that outcomes may differ from participant to participant and situation to situation, as well as affirm you have the ability to access to adequate local resources (such as a counselor) should you find you need additional help managing any difficult feelings or situations that may come up during your Course participation or afterward.
By signing below, you (10) indicate that you understand that in the unlikely event that you experience any significant mental health challenges or crisis during your involvement with the Course (such as suicidality, psychosis, manic episode, panic attack, or etc.), we are unable to help you navigate such within the scope and boundaries of the educational-coaching relationship and Course format. This means that in the event of a crisis or mental health difficulty, you are expected to seek and utilize medical and/or mental health services and resources in your area for appropriate care. Attending live coaching calls while experiencing significant mental health issues is outside of the capacity of this Course and is not allowed, as it typically interferes with the quality of the participant’s experience (as well as that of the other participants).
You understand (11) that your coach(es) are mandated reporters, therefore any threat of significant harm to self or others will be reported either to the appropriate authorities. By signing this form, you also indicate that you are currently safe to participate in this Course (12) and participation will not put you at risk of harm. You understand that we do not recommend new boundaries be set in any relationship with a history of violence, violent threats, or active violence and/or safety threats without first consulting with a domestic violence counselor and following their individualized safety advice. This may include working with that individual counselor to come up with an individualized safety plan, as that service is outside the scope of this Course. Course participants are expected to remain 100% responsible for their safety needs for the duration of their Course experience and into the future. Your signature on this form acknowledges that you agree to this and that you know how to access available safety-focused resources (such as domestic violence counselors, domestic violence shelters, 24/7 national hotlines, emergency services or legal authorities) in your area if/when safety is a concern. By signing below, you understand that individualized domestic violence counseling, individualized safety planning, context-specific safety advice, and/or assurance of your safety is beyond the scope or responsibility of this Course or its coaches (13).
By signing below, you further agree that (with the exception of information clearly attributed to other sources), all exclusive materials and exclusive information provided to you by Boundaried Coaching LLC are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belonging solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited (14). You understand that the Course and/or its coaches may sometimes recommend or reference other professionals, programs, resources, and/or share openly available teaching material attributed to other sources if it might be of potential help to the participant. The Course appropriately credits any outside sources when so doing, however you understand that (15) any referencing, recommending, and crediting by the Course or its coaches does not constitute the outside source's endorsement of the Course or the Company's full endorsement of the other person or group. Further, by signing below, you agree that (16), if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Course participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations. The laws applicable to this Agreement will be the laws of Alaska, USA, and the parties agree to “attorn” to the exclusive jurisdiction of Alaska Courts to finally adjudicate and determine any such dispute both before and after termination of this Agreement.
We have made every effort to accurately represent the Course and its potential, but each individual’s success and experience depends on many factors, including willingness to do the work, get the necessary support, and a desire to succeed. By signing below, you acknowledge (17) that you assume 100% responsibility for your results. By signing below, you also acknowledge that (18) you have represented to the Company that payment for this Course will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.
