PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Boundaries 101: Your Personal Boundaries Blueprint
By signing below, you agree that this document forms a legally binding agreement between you and Boundaried Coaching LLC (“the Company”) and applies to your participation in Boundaries 101: Your Personal Boundaries Blueprint (“the Course”).
By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
Course Investment
The investment for the Course is $97 (USD).
By enrolling, you authorize Boundaried Coaching LLC to charge your selected payment method.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Access & Materials
Your purchase includes:
- Eight (8) weeks of access to the Course materials and video trainings
- A downloadable companion workbook (PDF) for personal use
- Access to 1 90-minute Archetype Workshop (live coaching)
Access to the Course will expire after the 8-week period.
Intellectual Property
All materials, teachings, frameworks, concepts, exercises, and methods are the intellectual property of Boundaried Coaching LLC (unless otherwise noted). These materials are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, license, or create derivative works based on this content without prior written permission. Violation may result in removal from the Course without refund and possible legal action.
Safety Disclaimer
If you are in a relationship involving violence, coercion, or safety concerns, we strongly recommend working with a qualified professional to create a personalized safety plan before making relational changes. You acknowledge that safety planning is outside the scope of this Course.
Live Group Workshop
As part of your participation, you may receive access to a live group workshop, including the Becoming Boundaried Archetype session, facilitated by the Company via Zoom. This experience may include group discussion, teaching, and optional participant sharing.
By attending, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• This is a group setting. While we encourage a respectful and supportive environment, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
• You are responsible for choosing what you share during the session.
• This experience is educational and coaching-based in nature and is not therapy.
• No diagnosis, treatment, or mental health services are provided.
To support a safe and respectful space:
• Participants agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the session without permission
• Participants agree not to share or distribute personal information shared by other attendees
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the session if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates the integrity of the space. All materials, teachings, and frameworks shared during the session remain the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, taught, or reused without written permission.
Recording & Privacy
This live session may be recorded by the Company for internal purposes only. Recordings are used solely for safety, documentation, and internal reference, and are stored securely. These recordings will not be shared, distributed, or used for marketing, training, or any external purpose. By attending the session, you acknowledge and consent to being present in a recorded group environment.
Coaching Disclaimer (Not Therapy)
This Course is educational and coaching-based in nature and is not therapy. Even if a facilitator holds a counseling license, they are not acting as your therapist within this Course or in any related interactions. No diagnosis, treatment, or mental health services are provided. This Course is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
Personal & Emotional Responsibility
You understand that:
• Personal growth work can bring up strong emotions
• Your results will vary
• You are fully responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes
You agree that you have appropriate external support available if needed.
No Guarantees
The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or changes in your relationships or life circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boundaried Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Course.
Release of Claims
You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Boundaried Coaching LLC from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in the Course or your application of the material.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to revoke access to the Course at any time, without refund, if a participant violates the terms of this Agreement.
Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA. You agree to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion before pursuing legal action and waive participation in any class-action claims.
Final Acknowledgment
By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
